So, are the comics with the Mark Jewlers inserts more valuable?

I was flipping through some TOD comics and found TOD 17 (Blade bitten by Dracula issue), so just an insert, or is it considered a variant due to the military base connection?

They're more valuable if you can find someone who'll pay you more for them.

 

I like them and will buy them if I find them. I'm into DC war and haven't found too many so far, perhaps 2 or 3.

 

I believe Jim (awe4one) collects these or has a website about them or something.
