Well, I'm at least glad I'm in decent shape, needless to say, the jog and weight-lifting didn't happen today. I was so sore this morning it took awhile to get the body warmed up after the.......flight of CC courtesy of polybag airlines. I basically jogged up the steps....first door on the right at the top is comic room....I was still jogging somewhat.....walking my surfing instincts might have kicked in, but it happened so fast as the accelaration as stated is just instant and incredible.....hence velocity was created. Those poly bags on the bottom of a nice piece of cardboard would be intersting on a nice set of stairs.....most likely a hell of a ride.

Does anyone know how to dislodge your own knee from your lower back?

 

I would start with foot in the mouth first
