What is bringing this one down? I thought it was a 9.6, but it looks like everybody is seeing something. Anything besides the two tiny spine ticks on the front?

I'm with you on this, I would give it a 9.6 but the TFLC is gonna cost you a grade or two. To me it's a 9.6 it's really a nice book. Comics should have just a little(tad) bit more leniency, they are not like stamps or coins they have a much more real estate as they are bigger than stamps and way more sides with higher odds of something happening to them. They are also softer than coins.
