Suggestions for an artist to do a cover recreation

I want to take one of my Fallen Son Blank covers and have an artist do a cover recreation from Avengers #4 Captain America and " Captain America Lives Again"only on the front cover and a Captain America Comics #1 cover recreation on the back cover. Penciled Inked and Colored for front and back

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on an artist on the boards who can do this or possibly someone off the boards

 

Also how much do you think this may cost me
