Thanks for the help guys :)

The seller has been pretty nice about it to be real, I just got a message saying, "I purchased the comic at a comics convention in the late 1980's, so I don't know if the previous owner could have trimmed it. If you're not happy with it, I can send you a partial refund of $10.00, and you can keep the book. Please let me know. Regards, Superdreams".

You can always send it to Matt Nelson at Classics Inc. They can do a pre screen for you. It is fairly inexpensive, $3 I think, plus the shipping. If Matt or one of his team gives the book the all clear. He can send it to The CGC for you. Or send it back to you with the trimmed notification.

 

heads up, Matt thought a book of mine was trimmed but it wasn't
