HTML Thumbnail Code Help

Can anybody help me with the HTML code for a clickable thumbnail image I can use in my ebay listings? I usually place large scans in the listing, but when I sell sets I'd prefer to use thumbnails.

 

I'm pretty sure mschmidt sent me this in a PM a while ago but I can't find it.

 

EDIT: If possible I'd like the thumbnails as clickable links to externally hosted larger scans.

I just managed to get four clickable thumbnails into one of my eBay listings using the Photobucket code. I just replaced the large image URL with a URL from my own hosting site which hosts much better images than Photobucket.
