ASM #298 NEWSTAND EDITION

I was flipping through my ASM box the other night and noticed that my Amazing Spider-Man #298 has the barcode in the bottom box instead of the Spidey head. I know this means it is a NEWSSTAND EDITION. I also know that Overstreet makes no price difference based on whether its a NS or Direct edition. But what about CGC? Has anyone seen any newsstand edition slabbed? Is there a difference?

 

Would you rather have a NM Direct Edition or NM Newsstand Edtion?
