Can we get a con report please, FLEE?

I didn't shoot any video for this one. I had van issues on Saturday

and I was scrambling just to make it to the show. Here are some brief notes:

Overall attendance seemed down for this show, :( but the usual locals were

buying.

Dollar box sales were off for me because there were too many quarter boxes. :slapfight:

A few wall book sales made my day.

Peter Porker Spider Ham was on fire. :acclaim:

Tom Raupp is a man among men and is a heavy lurker on these boards. :gossip:

Joe Lovece (Hoohah) was missed. :hi:

This is such a cozy, low-overhead show that I will always get a booth. :)

I had one customer spend 30 MINUTES doh! studying one of my dollar books, page

by page, over and over before putting it back in the bag. I should have just given

it to him.

I always vow to be more prepared for the next show, but I always wind up winging it. :makepoint:

The CFP was noticeably absent. :sumo:

Nobody even made an offer on my $12,000 raw New Mutants 98. hm

How many shows can you step outside the back door and be a few steps

away from the beach? :cloud9:
