I have the chance to pick this book up. These are the best scans I have for now. The MS is intact. The pages are white according to the seller. Your grading opinions would be very appreciated. Thanks. If/When I get better scans. I will post them for you all.

Hard to get a good look w/ that fuzzy scan - but looks like a 8.0 or so...

7.0/7.5 unless a stain or rusty staple has been missed. Cannot tell from the scans.

I have asked for much nicer scans. The seller thinks the book is a easy 9.0+ I knew it wasn't even close to that. But I am going over to look at this book and a few more book's.

My grade is a 6.5 Possible 7.0 In hand. Thanks for the grades and opinions.

Likely not a 9.0 from the scans that you have, but difficult to grade it accurately otherwise.

I just made an appointment to go and see these books. He has over 5000 books in total. I had him pull a GSXM !, GS Conan 1, X-Men 94 and 100. Conan The Barbarian 1, Luke Cage Hero for Hire 1 and a few other books. I will let you know how it all plays out. Thanks again for your opinions and grades.

7.5 IMO... frustrating tease of a scan

Book looks to be about a 7.0 or so but the top edge looks pretty sharp..make sure it's not trimmed when you look at it..but hard to tell with the scan..

If you mean losing the books, then no it doesn't bother me. Everybody paid for them.
