In my opinion yes, if the original owner had not decided to store his comics in a binder this book would be 3.5 probably 4.0.

11- 20 Unfortunatly I got the back scans out of order so If you want the back scanned on one let me know and I will get it for you. The only one that needs a special note is # 19. It is filthy, ugly, probably the nastiest back cover I have seen. but don't let that discourage you.

I'm pretty sure the #1 is my old copy. If so, it's a great book for the technical grade. The interior paper is particularly nice, if I remember correctly. I owned it for years...good to see it in circulation again!
