X-Men 101 times 2 cover judgement

I have 2 X-Men 101's and both are not perfect but I am looking to see which one is the lesser of two evils.

 

101a has a non color breaking crease diagonal across the comic code, some color breaking on the bottom right corner, and a couple things smaller around

 

101b along the left had side you can see the color cracks there from an indentation and as well on the bottom left corner some color breaks from creasing as the first one but a little lesser. Plus a couple smaller things around it.

 

If you could help in letting me know what grade each of these are it would be so greatly appreciated, like all your help on the past ones.
