What's up with recent X-Men #95 prices?

This has been a comic I've been watching for a couple of years now. For some reason, it's always in my watch list items on eBay. The last two (at least) CGC 9.2 sales went for guide or higher (whereas not too distant sales were going for perhaps 70% of guide at best - this is just my gut feel). There is also another auction going with current bid at close to $200. Did something happen recently (ex: Thunderbird lives!) to cause this book to go up in value or demand? Can someone post GPA trends on this book? I'm thinking about listing my own CGC 9.2 now. Thanks in advance.
