I thought I would of been called out by my grade of 9.0 But it looks like other board members hate little corner pieces missing as well. It really is a very nice book. The little corner piece missing is a shame. If that little piece of the corner was there. This book would be a solid 9.4 IMHO. Still one of the best looking 9.0's there is.

I have several bronze books with small corner chips like in the scan sitting in 9.4/6 holders. If it is determined to be be a flaw in production it will hurt the grade very little if any. A more extreme example below, on a book that is not otherwise perfect and much newer.

 

 

 

Personally i think it is not hit hard enough, but CGC will probably grade this book 9.4
