Don't think it looks like Infantino. The story itself is a British import/reprint, but a quick

Google search reveals DC used a brand-new cover when they printed it in Showcase.

 

Since the Grand Comicbook Database is still down, there's not an easy way to verify who did the cover. I'll guess George Roussos?

I dunno. Sid Greene is quite detailed & slick, almost ornate-- this seems to be someone with a style that's more 'rough' for lack of a better word. Roussos, or maybe Bernard Sachs or even Joe Giella?

 

Funny how we're now coming up with names better known as Silver Age inkers. Would only make sense it was somebody on DC's in-house staff, since this issue was doctored up from the British Classics Illustrated original. A DC house inker might've been just the trick to turn around a quick cover!
