Big college town, eh? My wife is pursuing her masters degree at UGA but we live an hour or so north of Athens in the major metropolis of Toccoa (population about 10,000 :gossip:).

I'm actually in Nicholson on about 200 acres aways up 441 from Athens. Beautiful area, but close enough to town to go out every once in awhile.
