Looks great but then I noticed a tear on the bottom left of the back cover...

 

Opinions on grade?

damn...tear(s) is so hard to grade for me. Without the tear, I say 7.5? are there color breaking creases on both top and bottom front right corners?

8.5 with the tear..my TOS 97 has a piece missing like that and got a 9.0...very nice

They don't look like creases but there are faint marks, no dog ears tho :shrug:. The top right corner is actually very sharp.
