This is very true. I'm enjoying the Power Girl series and the completionist in me had to get those variants--luckly with the latest issue DC has no variants. I hope the Zatanna series only has a few variants so it won't hurt the wallet.

 

Some Adam Hughes variants would be very sweet.

This title looks very promising (Paul Dini & Stephane Roux can deliver good things).

My main fear is Dini & Roux leaving after the first arc if sales don't go as expected.
