Grade this House of Secrets 132

I'm dealing with a potential new seller who is selling some raw books obtained from Harley Yee. I'll tell you the seller's grade and my grade once we get some submissions; I don't want to sway the jury...

 

Assume back cover is fine. Sorry scan is small. You can save it to your desktop if you need to enlarge it. (and you might have to-the dark colors are hiding some stress marks on the spine)

All I see is one spine ding and a bit of damage upper left. So, based on that...9.2.

Hard to tell from the scan but I would think a 9.0.

Thanks for the info folks! Actually, if you enlarge the scan, you will see a couple of spine dings, the ULC ding, and the rounded BRC. From that info, what grade would you give it? I was thinking VF territory...

I've seen VF's worse than what you've descirbed, so VF+ I am thinking based on your description.
