Thought it would be fun to start a thread for production errors...

 

Here's Cap missing color on his right leg and red stripes on page 20 (page 3 of the Cap story) of Tales of Suspense #59... you'd think that his Grand Silver Age Rebirth would have a little more attention in the coloring room...

That was a gimmick they used in the early/mid 60s, just around the time Daredevil had a radio in his baton/cane.

He threw away the gimmick in TOS #62.

I have a page of OA from a GA Popeye comic with one panel where Popeye's shirt is not colored in with black like the other panels. I'm still trying to figure out the issue # to see if the error made it into the printed comic.
