Thanks all for taking the time to look at and grade the book. The dealer whom I bought it from claimed it was 4.0. It was priced a bit under present Guide so I pulled the trigger. I might send it to CGC have it professionally graded. The water damage really doesn't bother me since it's on the back cover and I love the cover and the story as well. Sure hope it comes back 4.0, but I'm not too optimistic about it.
