I don't get the fascination with Brave & the Bold #28. It is one of the dumbest covers of any on the list. The Justice League fights a giant alien starfish.

 

I agree. #30 is much more captivating. My votes are based on "which covers make me WANT to pick up the issue & read it/find out what happens."
