Back cover has all of the attributes of what is now recognized as the second printing.

 

Here you go: the line "defects" are not color breaking creases, but rather from printing. There is a tiny crunch at the upper right spine corner:

That's an awfully nice looking copy . . . hm

 

The full page splash a few pages into the book is one of my favorite full page Kirby's of all time....I first saw it when I was 9 or 10....hooked me for life. GOD BLESS...
