PGM TOS 45......staple is the problem.

I have here a beautiful glossy TOS 45 that has a staple problem....staple was too tight, so there's a tear and tiny piece missing....cover is still attached.

 

what say you.....

 

from a high grade book...to what with the defect....I should send this one to CGC to see.
