Here's what I see: a slightly bent staple, slight miswrap L to R, and a printers' crease at the REFC near "BACK!" - all production defects.

 

Spine tick at URFC in banner. Jet-black cover.

and you left out the other 6 color breaking spine ticks? the white spine hid a lot but not enough as far as I am concerned.
