I see it advertised as upcoming in Vampirella #1 (1992 series)

 

I looked for it online and couldn't find it. I did find the Vince Locke illustrated one from Hot Topic, but did this Boneyard Press one ever get released?

I think that is the one I am thinking of. But is that the Comics Interview logo on the cover? The only one I found came with a CD and looks like this
