Strangers In Paradise #1 (Antarctic Press) would have qualified for this list (assuming 1993 is still Copper),

but it looks like one was graded recently.

 

So, I guess this post isn't needed (but I'm leaving it here anyway).

Only a single 9.2 in the census, but I submitted one at the ECCC that should grade at an ABSOLUTE minimum a 9.4, likely a 9.6.

 

This is significant because it is quite hard to find, especially in high grade. And with only one graded....
