I have collected all my life TV Horror Show Host shows. Those are the guys you see usually at the beginning and end of some monster movie and in-between at commercial breaks. I have from the 50's to present day shows with these guys. A bit of what I have are with Goulardie, Sammy Terry, Dr. Paul Bearer, the Ghoul, Marvin, The Nite Owl, Commander USA, Granpa Munster's Super Scary Saturday Movies. Elvira, Svengoolie, Zacherley, Stella, Vampira, Count Gor DeVol, Chiller Theater with the Six-Fingered hand and all those crazy other hosts from all over the U.S. I'd show a picture but showing a bunch of DVD's and tapes didn't sound too exciting. But thats my contribute to this thread.

I have some of Dr. Shock's shows. I believe I have a Halloween Special that he was on and a few shows.

 

Chilly Billy was from Philly too I believe. I have some of his stuff also.

 

Actually I have just about all the Horror Hosts that there were. Some I have more of their shows, others just a few bits. For instance, I must have every Svengoolie show. But I only have some bits of M.T. Graves stuff.

 

I guess if I tried a little searching on the net I'd find someone that has his shows. Its pretty much how I found most of what I got. You'd be surprised at what people have saved. Who would think someone would point a movie camera at a TV back in the 50's and copy their faverite show. Then I come along many years later and discover this hidden treasure. I find collecting these old horror shows more of a fun hobby than any other hobby because I've met some interesting people along the way.
