BB-Gun Posted April 5, 2013 Share Posted April 5, 2013 My friends, George, Ron and Joe, and I saved (liberated) these comics from the local paper mill back in 1965. George pitching in the backyard. He died of a heart condition back in October. We were both big fans of comic books published in the sixties. Before George went to Nam back in 1965, we visited Jerry Bails in the suburbs of Detroit. Jerry shared some new drawings he had made and we thumbed through his All Star collection. I have Bail's All Star 50-57 ...so, both our hands have "touched them " ...and I graded and looked through all of them as well. We were big fans of Adam Strange and Flash.
