I'm not sure how to grade printer's creases. I thought if it was a printing defect, you can't really take off for it, but IMO, you kind of have to. 8 - 8.5.

Printers crease is acceptable in NM books.

Printer creases that break color, are treated like a crease, printer creases not breaking color can still get certified 9.8 grades as long as the crease is not in an obvious area. There is a gray area on how big the non color breaking crease is, front cover vs back cover.

 

Since I can see white, your printer crease looks like it breaks color. Often times you need to hold a magnify glass to see if it breaks color.
