That is a very nice copy for a Platinum Age comic. This is one of the top certified Platinum Age books with the highest graded Platinum Age comic being a 9.4.

Is the 9.4 the ONLY one higher? What is it, and does it have WHITE pages like this baby???

The Book is Barker's "Komic" Picture Souvenir #1 which was a premium. There is a set of 3 issues that reprints the earlier 1894 large version of this book. The 9.4 book is circa. 1901 and has white pages.
