PGM: Brave & Bold 31

I just received this and I am grading it a little differently than the person that listed it. Before I give away their grade and mine, I wanted to see what others thought:

 

There are no unseen defects except a 1/4 inch tear at the bottom of the spine. The pages are between white and off white and the cover has very good gloss:

I said 4.0, but I could see 3.5 on a bad day due to the corner chip, general spine wear and crease. No lower

The seller advertised as a 4.5. I agree with everyone else, this is probably somewhere in-between a 3.5 and a 4.0. Even at 4.5, it would have been at the low end of my goal for this one. At a 3.75, it will just be a placefiller until I find a 5.0 to a 6.0.
