CLEAN A COVER?

Hi - I just acquired an ALL-AMERICAN COMICS #19 (1st Atom) that is graded CGC Blue 3.0. The grade is based mostly on a very dirty cover - as if someone splattered coffee or mud on it back in the day. Otherwise it seems pretty solid and minimally flawed. I think with a cleaned cover it would grade between a 5.0 and 6.0. In order to retain or increase the value, do you all recommend cleaning it?
