PGM Amazing Spider-Man #33

I"m trying to settle a difference in option of grade for the following comic. Seems like it has some tears along the right edge.. I've been told that these are pre-marvel chipping and are considered a printing defect. This copy is almost perfect except for the small tears. How would CGC treat this kind of defect if I had it graded? What do you think it should be graded?

no back cover? the front looks like a 9.2 or better to me...and the pre marvel chips on the right edge won't hurt the grade in my opinion.

Those edge tears from the cutter are a pain. Its so easy to snag an edge and really do some damage. Nice book regardless.
