Does anyone know the "going rate" for an early Flash cover?

I am trying to get an idea of what an early Flash infantino cover (pre 140) would cost if one became available. I can't find any public auction prices (I assume these are private sales transactions), but thought someone here might know.

$35,000 to $75,000 depending on cover and who you are buying it from.
