That's a DAMNNNN good question. :think:

 

I believe he goes all the way back to issue #302. May have done some inking or had someone else do the finished pencils.

Are we talking all credits in comics? or just Hulk?

 

His first credit in a comic came in Defenders #116 1983

 

Then he did some work in Marvel Universe, and on Master of Kung Fu before being "introduced" on Daredevil #197 and in the same month Power Man and Iron Fist #96.

 

Then he inked Art Adams on the MTU #141 cover that everyone remembers so well.
