frozentundraguy
Its been awhile since I've posted anything here in the Batman section. I've been focusing on mostly GA lately so not really much to show. I bought these two from a LCS a couple months ago. And this one came from fellow boardy kramerica Excellent acquisitions. (thumbs u

Speedy-D
A question for all you Batman 181 experts: How is the poster attached? I've gotten an offer for a copy (I've had a WTB thread up for a short spell), but I'm told the poster appears to be glued in. I don't know whether this is normal or not.
batcollector
Batman 181 pin-up should not be glued in. It is secured by the staples.

BB-Gun
Since I completed the Marvel books I was looking what to collect next..thought about GA but as I'm a completist, I didn't want to put myself through all the agony and frustration.. So a while ago I decided to take a step into the dark side and start collecting DC. I picked Batman because he's so good he could be a Marvel character... I'm going to try and complete Batman #1 - #400. Already have 90% of #150 - #400 and now am slowly working on getting the other books. A nice bonus is that I already have all the Joker covers from #11 onwards. I am still working on 1-100 but I collect 101-200 when I can find them. Bluetooth-migration
Which issue of Detective Comics marks the beginning of the SA? I'm guessing Detective # 235, but I'm not totally sure
john72tex
I believe it's 236, but some would argue that Batman's Silver Age didn't start til 1964 when he got his "New Look" in issue 327.
