It's from June 1959 which I guess is a tough year to find decent-looking DCs. Bill Finger story. Shelly Moldoff and Joe Certa art. Curt Swan and Stan Kaye cover. Somehow his Batman doesn't look "right" to me because I'm accustomed to Sheldon Moldoff's Batman artwork in which Sheldon closely mimics Bob Kane's style.
