OKEE DOKEE....

 

This is my fist ever actual CGC comic that I've attempted to sell on the boards.

Lots of you guys know me from the numerous COMIC CLOCKS I've sold, so lots of us should be familiar with each other.

 

OK....a CGC 6.5 White pager of the Steve Ditko DROOLING WORM cover to THING 15.

 

These are usually found beat to hell, with lower quality pages and almost always a date stamp in the title.

 

I'm no expert CGC grader, but this one looks particularly nice.

 

$650 plus shipping

 

FIRST , well, takes it

 

The camera flash at the bottom kind of washed out the color on the bottom half of the book. IT has really nice and rich color covers.

Not one of those sun-faded CGC books, which they hardly seem to downgrade for.

Overall....very nice eye appeal....you'll be very happy with this one.

I've read my VG copy recently. AMAZING book! All Ditko and ALL great stories.

 

That is one sharp copy. Looks like it presents nicer than a 6.5.

Funny story of how I bought mine. Bought it from Earl Shaw probably 15+ years ago.

He said he bought it from another dealer at a show and the guy looked it up in Overstreet as the Marvel "Thing" run. Charged Earl $1 for it...............
