For sale here is a book that I really don't want to sell. I need some money for bills, so I have to do it. This book will be available until Thursday night. I will only be accepting paypal for this book and it must be paid for by Thursday night. Price is $260 shipped anywhere in the US or Canada. I usually consider offers, but the price is firm on this book.

My scanner is shot. I have a scan of the cover, which I made when I bought the book. I am not able to take a scan of the back cover. The back cover is clean with no writing or date stamps.

 

The book will be shipped Friday morning.

 

I will gladly offer a full refund if you are not happy with the book.
