If the interior edges are tanned as they appear to be on the outside, CGC will hammer the grade down. I'd guess 5.5.

Bob makes a good point if we're talking what CGC would grade it...MANY of these early SA FFs have medium to heavily tanned interior covers...can take a very well presenting 7.0-ish book and bring it down to a 5.5. as noted...
