Looks like it's in the plastic bag but it's actually laying on top....

Also, I think what appear to be stains on the bottom are actually part of the concrete artwork.

Maybe a 4.0, there is some staining there that is hard to figure on.

The staining really brings this down in grade. Is the staining only on the cover or also the pages?

 

My guess would be a 3.5-4.0 in hand

If it weren't for the staining and cover gloss that appears to be inconsistent, I would say 5.0. As it stands I would say 4.0 or 4.5.

 

For my dollar, a 4.5 to 5.5 is the bees knees!

The stain appears to only affect the back cover.

 

This is one of about 150 comics that were sitting in a cardboard box at my Grandma's estate for 50 years...

 

Most are in a little better shape than this one.
