CGC will hammer at 1.5 with all the water damage...could pass as a 1.8/2.0 with some folks..

 

I think this statement is dead-on.

Possibly, but how many of you have first-hand experience of water-damaged submissions? I know I don't :grin:

Solid 1.5.

 

Cover is intact and fully attached at the staples, no disclosed missing pieces. With the spine splits and SIGNIFICANT water damage and staining, this is too solid for a 1.0 but too cosmetically maligned for a GD- or better.
