What happened to customer service?

I want to see the book in hand and determine if it will grade higher with a press or a little nip tuck. If not, then i want to send it back and have the seller pay for shipping. This doesn't sound right to you?

I've had people try to get raw books from me below GPA because of the cost of grading several times. Seller is asking GPA most recent sale prices for raw books so I don't think any of my questions were out of line.

I was only kidding but it's a slippery slope for sure!

Well, you can certainly ask whatever questions you feel like it. If it were me, however, I probably would have asked for a discount rather than asking for grading fees paid, 2 way shipping paid, guarantee of grade, etc., etc...

Anyway, did you sell both books, Bill?

Has nothing to do with customer service....

If you're debating what the comic will press to then you're already wrong. Buy the comic at the price and grade advertised or take your money elsewhere.

Not trying to hijack your sales thread Conan but this mentality still irritates...

Hi Jim,

I think that might have been a joke. I could be wrong. I just didn't want you to get too upset for nothing.
