Please Grade my Werewolf By Night #1

I was going to put this in the resto/ grading thread to ask about the surface scratch effect on grade, but this get my views.

 

It's a presentable copy with spine ticks corner bumps, but it has light surface scratches at the bottom and a long one below the word balloon on the left side. It is kinda odd so I wanted to get opinions. The inks on this book look still wet /high gloss.
