Grade: FAIR by old school grading rules, but POOR if it were CGC'd.

Missing Back Cover, otherwise fully complete. Some areas around the spine and lower left right corner are somewhat slightly brittle. But I've had no problems reading it or examining it, NO pieces are flaking or coming off - just some minor fragile areas.
