Help to find where this page is from... Ariel Olivetti: Civil War

I am looking to find where this page is from, I bought it on ebay, and it was said that it was in War Jounrla/Civil War, Issue 3, page 29... and it says that on the art piece at the bottom also, BUT, I can't see it in the War Journal issues anywhere? :shrug:

It's most certainly not Punisher War Journal V2 #3, which was the Civil War series.

That is from Punisher War Journal 1.
