solid copy, minimal marvel chipping, nice colors, general wear, light creasing....I think CGC is a bit more generous with this issue and you'll get a 4.5.....we'll see. Any other title and I'd go lower.

Ditto, I think 4.0 as it appears and maybe 4.5 even. The cover crease may or may not be hard enough to push it lower.

It's currently a universal 4.0 with off-white to white pages in a 2001 slab.

 

I wasn't sure whether a 4.5 or a full "white pages" designation might be possible.
