Fingers crossed that CGC will be back for our30th anniversary show. In past years, they haven't done Signature Series at Mid-Ohio-Con, but maybe they'll consider it with this year's guest list.

This is simply not true. CGC hasn't done onsite subs, but there have always been opportunities to get SS books done. You guys run a great show, don't short change yourselves!!

Thanks, guys! We work hard to deliver a show that comic fans can really enjoy, so we appreciate the kind words. Today's guest announcements:

Art Baltazar: The award-winning super-cartoonist machine behind the DC Comics all-ages hit Tiny Titans.

Joe Rubinstein: The artist best known for his work alongside Frank Miller on Wolverine, John Byrne on Captain America, and Dave Cockrum on Uncanny X-Men.

Tony Isabella: Contributing Editor and Lead Reviewer for Comics Buyers Guide and the author of 1,000 Comic Books You Must read.

That's probably it for this week's announcements. We'll lay low until after this weekend's Baltimore Comic-Con and start back up again next week.

I would like to check this show out if :baiting: Mr. Henry would let me check out or see if I can make an offer on that Allen Milgrom OA he has ;) .

Ah, the good old Iron Fist #14 cover! That's a personal grail, so I'm not thinking about selling it, but I'm happy to let you see it if that would lure to Columbus in November! :)

Today, additions to the Mid-Ohio-Con guest roster:

Billy Tan, who has been thrilling comic fans most recently with his art on Marvel's Shadowland, continuing his remarkable run on iconic titles that have included New Avengers, Daredevil, Thor, Spider-Man and the Uncanny X-Men. Starting his career at Top Cow with Code Name: Strike Force, Tomb Raider, and Witchblade, Billy joined Marvel in 2003 as the artist on the groundbreaking series X-23.

Tony Moore, who is known for his penchant for the gruesome and gritty, and a leaning toward genre works. Tony's career in comics began in 2000 when he and Robert Kirkman created the irreverent Battle Pope under their Funk-O-Tron publishing banner. Together Robert and Tony went on at Image Comics to do Brit and, most notably, The Walking Dead, which garnered Eisner Award nominations in 2004 for Best New Series and in 2005 for Best Cover Artist.
