I think you matched the back covers incorrectly on the big scans.

 

The back cover with the giant crease is pictured below the 194 in the small photo, but in the large scan it's paired with the 120.

 

Assuming the above is correct, I'd go:

 

120 7.5

194 4.0

210 4.0

249 8.0
