PGM Tales of Suspense 39

This has been graded by PGX and I'm wondering what you would grade it. I have concerns about the shadow in the lower left corner area (the table with the gloves). Not sure what that mark is (i've provided several photos of it under different light) but hoping to get your opinion on it. Once you've graded it, i'll let you know what PGX gave it. Do you think that "stain" could be color touch up?

nope...just some sort of burn or tape on the inside causing the discoloration, old sticker residue

I would have to crack that baby out and take a look at it. A key like that would feel so much better in a CGC slab.

I'll give it 4.0 or 4.5 tops. Still a sweet book that deserves to be pulled from the PGX holder of doom. It deserves a CGC slab. I hope it's what you feel you bought.

What would you do if you had this book? Would you sell it off or would you submit to CGC and possibly get a lower grade?

Why not crack it out, read it a couple or three time, have an expert do a restoration check and put it in Mylar?

Send it out and get it checked. No way would I sell that book. Bite the bullet, crack it out and send it out. PGX blows.
